Mentoring for newly appointed tenure-track and contract faculty
The Early Career Faculty Institute (ECFI), an opt-in program of NYU’s Center for Faculty Advancement, supports the development and retention of full-time faculty within their first three years at NYU. The 18-month program’s seminar-style modules provide resources, tools, and reflective assignments for group discussion.
