Andrew Martinez is the Director of College Success for KIPPNYC. In his role, he leads a team of 25 advisors, managers, and associate directors in providing college persistence persistent support to over 4000 alumni from KIPPNYC, KIPPNJ, Achievement First, and Prospect High Schools. He is also an Adjunct Assistant Professor at Montclair State University where he teaches their Diversity and Equity in Higher Education course.
