Chia-Yang Chiang is a dedicated occupational therapist with a passion for empowering individuals with disabilities. He holds a MA in Occupational Therapy and an OTD from New York University. Currently, Chia-Yang serves as a Senior Occupational Therapist for NYC Department of Education, where he specializes in working with children and adolescents with learning disabilities and intellectual and developmental disabilities. He is also an Adjunct Professor at NYU’s Occupational Therapy program, sharing his expertise with future generations of OT practitioners. Chia-Yang’s clinical practice and research interests are focused on interdisciplinary collaboration in school settings, children and adolescents with IDD. and trauma-informed practice.
