Leslie K Morrow is a visiting assistant professor in Education and Human Ecology at the Ohio State University whose research centers on the experiences, labor, and resistance strategies of marginalized groups, particularly Black queer and gender expansive folx in higher education. Her interdisciplinary work, informed by Black Feminisms, challenges dominant norms in educational policy and leadership through qualitative methods with an emphasis on equity and justice.
