Rhonda Erica Baylor, PhD, is an Assistant Professor in the Urban Educational Leadership Program at Morgan State University. Dr. Baylor has over 15 years of experience teaching and conducting education research. Not only is Dr. Baylor a faculty member at Morgan State University, an HBCU, but also Dr. Baylor received a bachelor’s degree from the institution. Lastly, Dr. Baylor received a PhD from Howard University, an HBCU in Washington, DC.
