Shaneeka Favors-Welch is a PhD candidate at Georgia State University in the department of Middle and Secondary Education (MSE). Her research interests include diversity and inclusion in K-12 and higher education classrooms, critical quantitative methods, and culturally responsive evaluation in international settings. Shaneeka graduated from Southern Polytechnic State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in mathematics and earned a Master Degree from Clayton State University in teaching secondary mathematics. She currently teaches at a local community college and has published and presented her work in various settings.
