Tara Srirangarajan is a PhD candidate and NSF Graduate Research Fellow in the Department of Psychology at Stanford University. Her research interests lie at the intersection of affective neuroscience and neuroeconomics. More specifically, she uses interdisciplinary experimental approaches including virtual reality, psychophysiology, and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) to study how emotional states drive decision-making and influence real-world outcomes. Tara holds a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Neuroscience from Northeastern University.
