Eduardo Ortega is a Computer Engineering PhD Candidate and Fulton Fellow from Arizona State University. Eduardo completed his undergraduate degree in embedded software and worked as a software test engineer before starting his PhD at Duke University. Due to opportunities with the CHIPS and Science Act, Eduardo transferred to Arizona State University to complete his PhD.
