Faculty First-Look (FFL) is an NYU initiative created to provide talented scholars, especially those underrepresented in the academy, with insight into what it takes to prepare for a future faculty career. Gifted scholars completing their PhD, EdD, or other relevant terminal degrees are invited to apply for programming at the following NYU Colleges and Schools: Arts & Science, Steinhardt School of Culture, Education, and Human Development, Stern School of Business. and Tandon School of Engineering.
